The location was so ideal! a short walk to the airport terminal. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt so cared for.

the shower door was broken. water sprayed everywhere during my shower. the hotel seemed to need a refresh.

the hotel's tunnel connects directly to the airport terminal making travel effortless. the reception area is particularly spacious providing a relaxed atmosphere upon arrival. i appreciated the easy access and the ample space to unwind after my journey.

the hallways on the second floor showed visible wear. the walls and carpets seemed quite aged which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. i hope they address this soon to maintain a high standard throughout the hotel.

This hotel offers true convenience when dealing with early or late flights. the walk to the main terminal took about 10 minutes. A shuttle runs constantly too! the rooms were clean, although simple. They totally meet my needs. the gym had modern equipment!

the check-in line was unfortunately long. there seemed to be some delays with processing guests! it was a little frustrating after a long flight.

The pool area provides a great space to unwind before a flight. I saw about 20 loungers around a shaded section. the hotel provides a well-equipped gym with several cardio machines and weight options, ensuring a good workout.

The room i stayed in felt a bit dated. there was some wear and tear evident on the furniture and fixtures, like a stain on the carpet. also, the water pressure in the shower was really weak. It made washing my hair a slow process. i think a little updating would make a big difference.

the room felt dated , showing its age since the hotel's previous ownership , accor properties. the hallway leading to the rooms had a noticeable dark and humid smell. this affected the overall experience , and i think updates are necessary to improve the stay.
